Our aim is to leave you satisfied with that 'I'd definitely recommend eating here to all my friends' feeling. Our idea is simple. Keep it local, keep it seasonal and treat the produce with the respect it deserves. Our menus are changed seasonally to reflect what is available throughout the year. The kitchen is led by Jason Griffiths, who heads a young and enthusiastic team of Chefs. Jason has always had a passion for cooking. He is a talented self-taught cook with a strong philosophy that food should always be a joy not a chore. Jason's journey has been an interesting one working in various Good Food establishments such as the Felinfach Griffin with Ricardo van Ede, the Penhelig Arms with Janie Howkins and briefly at Tyddyn Llan with Bryan Webb. All of our FRESH food is sourced from trusted and passionate individuals who care about the quality and standard of their produce. The same practice applies to the sourcing of our other ingredients. We are very proud to be associated with dedicated local suppliers. We have a recruitment policy of training young chefs through local colleges, developing their skills and passion through experience in our kitchen and naturally progressing upwards within the team.
